Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on y999. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts (whether in your name or through a proxy) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y999 login credentials. y999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials. You must notify y999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your account.
y999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
y999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence in accordance with y999's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. y999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. All bets placed on y999 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details – including selection, stake, and market – before confirmation. y999 will not accept requests to void or modify confirmed bets on the grounds of user error, except where y999 determines that a manifest pricing error has occurred on our part.
y999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it is evident that a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error has resulted in odds or game parameters that are materially incorrect. y999 will endeavour to notify affected users promptly and any stakes will be returned.
All casino and slot games offered on y999 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Game RTPs are set by the supplying studios and are not modified by y999. y999 does not influence game outcomes.
Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket, FIFA for international football). y999 is not responsible for third-party payment processing delays, network outages, or failures of JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any bank's payment infrastructure that are outside y999's reasonable control.
y999 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if y999 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, y999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where y999 terminates your account for reasons other than breach, any positive balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your y999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining balance returned after verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through y999's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
